Pricing FAQ
What counts as a message?
Every reply your assistant sends counts as one message — whether it's on your website widget or WhatsApp. Messages a human teammate sends from the takeover inbox don't count against your quota.
What happens when I hit my limit?
We soft-block new assistant replies and prompt you to upgrade — we never quietly bill you extra or let costs balloon behind your back. That's a core promise, not fine print. Your existing conversations and knowledge base are untouched; upgrading unblocks instantly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with one click from your dashboard — no calls, no retention forms. And every plan, on your first purchase, is covered by a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do you train AI models on my data?
No. Your knowledge base and conversations are used only to answer your customers — never to train or fine-tune any AI model, ours or a vendor's.
Do unused messages roll over?
No — quotas reset at the start of each billing period. We price plans with headroom so normal usage comfortably fits inside the quota; if you're consistently near the ceiling, upgrading is usually cheaper than overage would be anyway.
