Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Evereply ("Evereply", "we", "us"), a hosted AI customer-service assistant platform operated for businesses ("you", "Customer"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Evereply does

Evereply lets you train an AI assistant on knowledge you provide — FAQs, text, PDF documents, and content crawled from a website you specify — and deploy it on your website (via an embeddable widget) and, if you connect it, WhatsApp using the official Meta Cloud API. The assistant answers your end-users' questions grounded in that knowledge, and hands off to a lead-capture flow or a human teammate when it doesn't know the answer.

The assistant is a language model. Like any AI system, it can misunderstand a question or produce an inaccurate or incomplete answer, even when grounded in your knowledge base. You are responsible for reviewing the knowledge you publish, for monitoring conversations, and for the experience your end-users have with your assistant. Evereply is a tool you configure and operate — it is not a substitute for your own judgment about what is safe or appropriate to publish or automate for your business.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and to bind the business you represent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Evereply to:

  • Publish, train on, or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content;
  • Operate in a regulated industry (e.g. medical, legal, or financial advice given as fact, or anything requiring a licensed professional's judgment) in a way that misrepresents the assistant as that licensed professional;
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates Meta's WhatsApp policies;
  • Attempt to circumvent usage quotas, rate limits, or the isolation between tenant accounts;
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the platform outside the terms of your plan.

4. Plans, billing & Paddle

Paid plans are billed through Paddle.com Market Limited, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT on our behalf; your purchase is subject to Paddle's buyer terms in addition to these Terms. Current plans, prices, and quotas are published at evereply.com/pricing. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

5. Quotas and fair use

Each plan includes a monthly message quota (see Pricing). When a plan reaches its quota, new assistant replies are soft-blocked with an upgrade prompt — we do not charge overage fees or surprise bills. We may suspend or throttle accounts that abuse shared infrastructure (e.g. abnormal request volume clearly intended to disrupt service) regardless of quota headroom.

6. Intellectual property

You own the knowledge, content, and branding you upload or connect to Evereply, and you represent that you have the right to use it. We own the Evereply platform, software, and trademarks. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our platform to you, or of your content to us — we process your content solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service, including all AI-generated output, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that outputs will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing assistant outputs relevant to your business and for any decisions made based on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evereply and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any damages arising from AI-generated content, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using Evereply and cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, your right to access the service ends; we handle data deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify active customers by email. Your continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
